General Urology and Stone Surgery
While he is primarily a cancer surgeon, Dr Arianayagam also sees patients with general urological complaints:
- Prostate issues – medical treatment as well as surgery (Urolift, laser, TURP)
- Kidney stones – laser treatment of stones
- Vasectomy
- Circumcision
- Evaluation for blood in the urine
- High PSA blood test
- Erectile dysfunction

- Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP)
- Laser ablation of the prostate
- Urolift
- Vasectomy
- Circumcision (adults)
- Hydrocele, epididymal cysts (fluid collection around the testicle or in the epididymis)
- Cystoscopy (evaluation of inside of bladder, usually for lower urinary tract symptoms or blood in the urine)
- Laser to stones in the bladder, ureters or kidney
